- PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER W912BV-08-R-1007. DATES REMAIN UNCHANGED UNDER INVITATION FOR BID (IFB), SOLICITATION W912BV-08-B-1002. Work involves repair and resurfacing of the existing asphalt parking lot in accordance with the requirements of the contract drawings and specifications. Contractor shall meet all Local, State and Federal Regulations in the performance of this work.
