- Action Code: N/A Scope. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, software material and parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, the Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) specifications, Personal Protective (PP) clothing, PP equipment, prescription safety glasses, and any incidentals necessary to upgrade wall filter dust collection system in B3228 at Tinker AFB OK. The contractor shall insure all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to standard industry practices, manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Upon completion of all contract services, the contractor shall demonstrate to operators and maintenance of the systems and provide two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of all necessary maintenance documents and manuals. The contractor will provide total of one (1) eight (8) hour training class. Period of Performance: 1 Sep - 20 Oct 2008 Equipment. The wall filter dust collection system is housed in Building 3228 and will be the recipient of three 7.5 HP fans, three 7.5 HP starters, and one dust conveyor damper. This contract has been solicited as sole source to Envirosystems Manufacturing, LLC. Envirosystems, LLC installed the original Blasting Process Exhaust system that operates the four large exhaust fans that recirculate the air in the hangar during paint removal. All replacement upgrade equipment must remain compatible with existing equipment. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
