- PR - 0019533006, NSN 1615010449765, P/N 214-040-077-101, in accordance with Bell Helicopter Textron, CAGE: 97499, P/N 214-040-077-101. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured on a basis of other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 38 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The delivery location for this procurement is CORPUS CHRISTI TX. This is a DLA Direct item and delivery requested is 749 days. Configuration control applies. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. This item is non-commercial. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Cost and Pricing Data and Small Business Subcontracting Plan are not required as the requested quantity dollar value does not exceed the threshold. The solicitation issue date is August 19th. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
