Description: BPA 6FLS-H8-085090-I for FSC 5130, Miscellaneous Power Tools issuing August 18, 2008, and closing on September 19, 2008. PLEASE INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL FORM 1449 WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE/DATE and a copy of the entire BPA solicitation package that has been thoroughly filled out. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 25 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN’s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 10/15/2008 or date of award, through 10/14/2013 (or 5 years from date of award). The majority of the 25 items are technical descriptions. 20 of the 25 items are set-aside for small business and orders will be capped at $24,999 IAW FAR 19.102 (f) (7). See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD’S) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB destination. This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offers in the offer schedule that precedes the Schedule of Items (descriptions).
