- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. On 15 August 2008, this office will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) W9128F-08-T-0118 for a contract for Grading, Riprap, and Aggregate Surfacing at the McKenzie Bay Marina Parking Lot. Quotations will be due on 28 August 2008. This solicitation is a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $33.5 million. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform grading, riprap, and aggregate surfacing at the McKenzie Bay Marina Parking Lot per the specifications and drawings. The work includes, but not limited to clearing and grubbing, common excavation, aggregate surface course, riprap, and seeding. Project location is approximately 22 miles southest of Mandaree, ND. Quoters - Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitaiton provisions concerning electronic annual On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
