- This is a notice of intent to issue an award to Anchor Industries, Inc, 1100 Burch Drive, Evansville, IN, 47725-1702 to provide a drop ceiling for a 60 x 105 Milspan structure for the United States Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The original structure was manufactured and installed by Anchor Industries.. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses are due no later than 20 August 2008 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested organizations may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications to Gloria J.
