Description: This acquisition is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for Janitorial Services at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Northern New England, South Portland, ME. The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, with nine one-year options. The government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is 100% HUBZone Certified Set-Aside participation. The NAICS Code is 561720. The size standard is $15.0 million.
