- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.. SOLICITATION #: F38604-08-Q-U023 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes NAICS: 423510 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: N/A The purchase of the following item: Quantity:Item: 145,960Beige 240 Steel.06 min x 35.75” x coil; NSN: 5450-01-353-5769 The following provisions and clauses (current through FAC 2005-26 effective 12 Jun 08) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items Contract award will be based on price and delivery schedule. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Estimated delivery date, Cage Code, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D. No., Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, GSA Contract No. (if applicable), Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, and Email. Prices shall be FOB Destination with delivery and acceptance at: XU Consolidation point DDSP New Cumberland Facility Bldg 2001 (CP Door 135-168) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 IAW FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Reps and Certs - An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations may be faxed to 011-974-436-3880 or emailed to chyteira.dues@auab.afcent.af.mil no later than 23 August 2008, 12:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date will be by 25 August 2008.
