Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0606 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-18. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 611699 and small business size standard of $6.5M. Description: 0001: Advanced medical capabilities course to include live tissue work. Course will offer didactic and field exercises. Training will take place in Portland, Oregon during the week of 25-29 August. Offerors must provide lab and field training sites. All lodging, per diem, and materials included. Agendas and course information required from offerors. Please see attached statement of work for more course requirements and objectives. QTY: 15 Students.
