- 1)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested & a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) This solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6147, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (to include price quote for ALL items) on the RFQ. 3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. 4) This solicitation is for full and open competition. 5) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial items: Two 60kW Tactical Quiet Generators and two Power Distribution Panels. Description of requirements: this is a brand name or equal solicitation. All items will be new, and not used or refurbished. Please provide product literature with your solicitation. 1. Two (2) DoD-standard mobile electric power (MEP) tactical quiet generators (TQG): Power Plus DSGS6060 Digital Controlled Generator. 60 kW / 60 Hz tactical quiet generator (TQG), portable, skid-mounted, self-contained unit with rugged construction capable of maintaining peak performance under extreme environmental conditions (fully protected circuitry, high reliability). Protections for output circuits against overloads, short circuits, over voltage, reverse power, overspeed, engine overheating, and low oil pressure. Diesel engine driven generator with integral fuel tank and auxiliary fuel input hose and valve, integrated digital controls and 8 hour onboard fuel capacity. Approx dimensions: 58"H x 36"W x 87"L; 4,140 lbs/1,878 kg. 2. Two (2) 60 kW Power Distribution Panels with mechanical interlock to prevent from energizing the dual 200A inputs at the same time as the 100A inputs. All connectors will be Class L military or approved commercial equivalents to the following: 2 00A and 100A inputs and 100A outputs. Approx dimensions: 38" x 20" x 20". Delivery for all items will be FOB destination to 575 Kincheloe Loop, Peterson AFB CO 80914. 6. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. c). FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded on a best value determination based on past performance, scheduling availability, and price. d). FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The offeror must be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at orca.bpn.gov at the time of quote submittal. e). FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. f). FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Deviation).
