- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H3D78211A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. The NAICS Code is 238210 and the NAICS size standard is $13 Million. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: 16 HORN SPEAKERS - SPT15T 62 WALL OR CEILING MOUNTS - MB8TSQ 1 EACH 250 WATT AMPLIFIER - V250 TELEPHONE INPUT - TEL1S INPUT MONO - MAX1R TONE GENERATOR - TNG1S RACK MOUNT KIT - RPK87 CABINET - 312-12 8 VOLUME CONTROLS - AT10A 6 16-2 SPEAKER CABLE (1000) NON PLENUM - 4656A INSTALLATION IN THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS CONDUIT SYSTEMS or equal All quotes must be received NLT Tuesday, 26 August 2008, at 1:00 pm (CST), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to james.wages@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Tuesday, 26 August 2008, at 1:00 pm (CST) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
