- Notice of offer of award to SB sole source provider, Dynamic Control Inc., for Chinook Cargo Handling Systems (DCI part #313-201932, quantity 3) in accordance with sole source authority FAR 6.302-1. Dynamic Control, Inc. designed and developed this specialized cargo handling system for the Chinook aircraft and are sole holders of the rights to the proprietary design. DCI is the only US manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of this particular cargo handling system for the Chinook aircraft. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency by emailing the point of contact indicated below.
