Description

DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to EMC Corporation, 8444 Westpark Dr. suite 700, McLean, VA 22102-5102. This acquisition is for renewal of EMC Cor[poration Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1028-08-T-0144 available at http://www.fbo.gov/.
