Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the AGSE ALTIMETER ENCODER Input NSN:6610-00-134-5625 Input P/N: B4515210002 Output NSN: 6610-00-134-5625 Output P/N: B4515210002 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 300 and a maximum of 1800. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. There is a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-6610-332 dated 15 November 1977 with Changes 1-3 for this overhaul as well as MEOs C1869, C2162, and C4650. The requirement is being amended for a Total Small Business-Set Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 25 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 90 days ARO. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests or emails for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, OR DATA FAX at 256-955-9237.
