- Response to Questions - Amendment #2 1.Will there be a statement of work? This is a standard supply agreement. The VA will place an order, the vendor will deliver. 2.What are the evaluation factors? This will be evaluated by price. 3.Will there be reporting requirements? Yes. Add as #14 to the BPA: Quarterly cost savings reports will be sent to the WSNC Procurement Analyst and facility Chief Logistics Officers. 4.Are there specific delivery terms? The delivery terms are as stated in the original GSA schedule. 5.Any Web specifications? There are no Web specifications; however, E-way is the preferred ordering method.
