- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure Musical Instruments for their Anderson Middle School in Guam. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order on a brand name only basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination within 45 days after award of Purchase Order. Detailed specifications are included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-08-T-7004 which is posted simultaneously with this synopsis. The RFQ closes on September 3, 2008 at 4:00 Japan Standard Time (JST). The anticipated award date will be on or about 30 September 2008. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All comments and questions regarding the solicitation/RFQ shall be submitted in writing and sent to the following e-mail address: dppd@pac.dodea.edu.
