- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease shop/storage space/ware-yard and office space consisting of approximately 9,579 rentable square feet in the Tri-Cities, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 8,330 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The specific space shall include: Enclosed Shop/Storage Space, Office/Office Support/Lab Space, Secured Outside Parking, Secured Outside (uncovered) Storage. The space shall be contiguous. The building must be located in Pasco, Kennewick or Richland, Washington within the following delineated area: N orth Boundary east of Columbia River: Pasco City Limit (Dent and Clark Roads) North Boundary west of Columbia River (proceeding west to east): Saint Street just north of Richland Airport; Stevens Drive (from intersection with Saint Street to intersection with Horn Rapids Road); Horn Rapids Road to Columbia River; Columbia River south to north city limit for Pasco, WA East Boundary: S. Road 40 E., Pasco, WA and Finley Road, Kennewick, WA South Boundary: W 45 th Avenue, Kennewick, WA West Boundary: West Richland, WA City Limit The proposed lease is for 15-years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2009. Space must be located in a well-maintained research, technology, light industrial, office or business park. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
