- Description: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award on a competitive basis, a requirement for a contractor to provide high-speed, digital production duplicating equipment, maintenance services, supplies, and miscellaneous on-site professional services for current requirements at the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Denver, Colorado. The Government requires a "total management approach" to obtain the required production copy services for all requirements issued under the contract. The Government anticipates a requirement for black and white/color production copiers, as well as workstations. For the purpose of this requirement, "production" shall be indicative of a high-speed production copier that is capable of producing consistent image-to-image reproduction of 250,000 of 11" x 17" simplex images in a month based on historical usage. The contractor shall anticipate that other Reclamation agency, office, or bureau requirements may be added during the term of the contract. All contractors requesting a copy of the Request for Proposal within 21 calendar days of the date of publication of the synopsis period will be forwarded a copy of the Request for Proposal. Please note that based on how Fed-Biz Ops posts a synopsis, the "Post Date" is the first day of the synopsis publication, and the "Original Response Date/Current Response Date" equates to the expiration date of the synopsis, not the due date of any proposal.
