- Description
- Scope Of Work Contractor to provide a new electrical service to building 5225. The existing service comes from a secondary street lighting service on E. Hospital Rd. The intent of this project is to provide a separate step down 10KVA transformer to servie building 5225. The transformer is to be pole mounted on pole # H7 on E. Hospital Rd. Primary voltage is 12470 and secondary voltage will be 120/208 single phase. The service drop from the transformer will be run to an existing pole located next to building 5225. The existing underground service from this pole may be reused to enter the existing service panel in the building. The old service wire which runs to pole H6/1A will be removed back to the point it is tapped into the secondary circuit street lighting circuit. The orange fire alarm wire circuit shall also be removed from the pole located next to the building back to the circuit located on H6/1A. All work shall be performed by a licensed electrician and done in accordance with the National Electrical Code. Materials and equipment shall be approved by the 102nd Civil Engineering Department which is the electrial provider on base.
