- Contractor to provide maintenance services for the Centrifuge, Tabletop, Low-Speed, Non-Refrigerated, Cell Washing equipment in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). Maintenance shall cover the period 01 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009 (base year), plus 2 option years. The Contractor shall be qualified / authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the repair of all equipment listed within the attached RFQ. See Section C, Statement of Work, Para 1(c).
