The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron proposes to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Ebook Technologies for: 60 EACH - ETI-1 eBook device 40 devices replace broken eBook devices with in existing eBook solution. 20 devices represent additional users (hardware/software added to existing eBook solution). 20 EACH - Client Access License (CAL). 20 EACH - Annual maintenance and support. 20 EACH - 512Mb Compact Flash. 20 EACH - Stylus for ETI-1. 12 EACH- Monthly Software Maintaince and Support, Ebook Systems delivered FOB Destination to Hurlburt Field FL. Hurlburt Field is an Air Force installation that is located in the Florida Panhandle mid-way between Panama City, Florida and Pensacola. Ebook Technologies is the sole manufacturer and distributer for these items. The parts are integral in ensuring and maintaining standardization and interoperability between units. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334119 with a size standard of 1000 employees; the SIC code is 8415. Any resulting Purchase order shall be firm-fixed-price. All responsible sources may submit their capabilities statement which shall be considered by the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron. Prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
