Description

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested businesses with experience relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 336412 (small business size standard is 1,000 employees). We are requesting all interested and qualified firms to respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: name, address, phone, fax, email, business size, and website (if applicable). This information must be emailed to the attention of Lt Joe Adams at joseph.adams@tyndall.af.mil by 4pm CST on 27 Aug 2008. The requirement is currently not funded. Any resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order and will require the contractor to provide (QUANTITY 14) UH-1H 42 degree gear box, part number 204-040-003-037. This sources sought notice shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. Should multiple businesses respond to this sources sought, the resultant solicitation will be posted on the Government point of entry, FedBizOpps, within one week after the close date on this sources sought.
