Description: I just received new parameters from the Squadron Commander for the following Contractor time off for vacation and sick time. Time off (80 hrs) and sick time (80 hrs) per year will work as long as we get 1,920 hours of work. Heres how I came up with this: 40 hr/wk x 52 wk = 2,080 work hours. 40 hr/wk x 4 wk x 12 mo = 1,920 total hours. That leaves 4 wks (160 hrs) to divide up for vacation & sick time.
