- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Management System (FAAAMS), Section 3.2.1.3.12, industry is hereby informed that the FAA has a requirement to procure brand name only services valued over $100,000.00. Offerors shall propose based on the following effort: General Description: Provide use of the Omniture SiteCatalyst Reporting Services products to provide web metric information for the FAA for a twelve month period. This includes the implementation and configuration of the product to meet the data collection and reporting needs of the FAA. Ongoing technical and user support will also be included for the 12 month period. Details: Omniture SiteCatalyst Reporting Services will provide the following allowances for data collection and reporting. 41.7 Million Page views per month, 500 million per year for the Primary server calls 41.7 Million Page views per month, 500 million per year for the Secondary server callsAccess to Omniture Data Warehouse includedAccess to Omniture Fusion includedAllowance for one domain Implementation and configuration services will include:Customer requirements definitionRecommendations and assistance in deploying the Fundamental Playbook SolutionsDevelop and deliver a solution design document that provides a design to meet the requirementsProvide the Industry Vertical Playbook that describes the fundamental solutionsProvide access to Omniture white papers to assist in the implementation and ongoing use of the systemValidate the success of the implementation and insure the data integrity of the solution before turn over to the customerProvide up to 40 hours of consulting for each domain implementedForeSee Integration Ongoing support for Omniture SiteCatalyst Reporting Services:24x7x365 monitoring of the Measurement Services and provide 24x7 access to the customer support portal, knowledge base and support historyTwo User email accounts with access to live phone support 24x7 customer support through a live chat portalFive support incidents per monthDownloadable Training modules available online The FAA intends to compete this requirement under the authority of FAAAMS, Section 3.2.2.5, Commercial and Simplified Purchase Method.
