- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This procurement is being set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333515, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract for the following supplies: - Epilog Laser Engraving and Cutting Machine or Equal to include the following: 1 each Epilog or equal Legend 36EXT Laser Engraver, 120 Watt (Laser Tube Wattage) 1 each Epilog or equal Rotary Attachment 1 each Epilog or equal Vector Cutting Pin Table 1 each Epilog or equal EXT Lens 2 inch Focal Length 1 each Epilog or vequal EXT Lens 4 inch Focal Length 1 each Epilog or equal Double Head Attachment 1 each Epilog or equal Air Compressor Technical support, software and drive updates to be included.
