Description
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is the largest investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security (ICE), it is responsible for eliminating vulnerabilities in the nation's border, and with economic, transportation and infrastructure security. The ICE organization is composed of five integrated law enforcement divisions and several support divisions. These divisions of ICE combine to form a new investigative approach with new resources to provide unparalleled investigation, interdiction and security services to the public and our law enforcement partners in the federal and local sectors. The ICE organization currently transfers approximately 800 employees annually, from, to, and between duty locations within and outside the Continental United States via its Employee Relocation Program. The ICE Employee Relocation Program was established to provide enhanced benefits to relocating employees and thus facilitate the retention of well-qualified employees. The program provides relocation assistance to help employees plan and complete moves to their new duty stations as smoothly as possible. Facilitating the real estate transactions and household goods moving services associated with these transferees requires the experience and dedication of a relocation service provider. As a result, ICE currently has a requirement to procure Employee Relocation Support Services to include transportation, delivery and relocation solutions for all of its components. This service covers CLIN 0001 Property Management; the employee's property at the old duty location can be managed by the contractor. Service includes establishing a rental value, screening tenants, managing rent and property maintenance. Optional CLIN 0002 Home Marketing Assistance – Buyer Value Option and CLIN 0003 Move Management Services. The period of performance will be one four month base period and two one-month option periods, for a total of six (6) months.
