- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION to satisfy the Governments requirement for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700108Q0133 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 20080812. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238390, and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is V301. This requirement is being procured utilizing FAR Supbart 13.5 procedures. The contract will be awarded for a base year and two (2) twelve months option periods. LINE ITEM #0001: Contract Services for the assembly, installation and/or relocation of modular systems, case good furniture, barracks furniture and other miscellaneous items from and to various locations at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia and Tenant Commands - Quantity of (not to exceed) 7,000 hours; the period of performance for base year is 15 September 2008 through 14 September 2009. LINE ITEM #0002: Quantity of (NTE) 7,000 hours; the period of performance for first option period will be 15 September 2009 through 14 September 2010. LINE ITEM #0003: Quantity of (NTE) 7,000 hours; The period of performance for second option period will be 15 September 2010 through 14 September 2011. The basis for award is the lowest priced offer that is found to be technically acceptable (LPTA). A Statement of Work can be found in Attachment 1. General information regarding the contractors performance and delivery requirements can be found in Attachment 2 and Base Access information for MCLB, Albany, Ga. can be found in Attachment 3.
