- Description
- Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR)located inFolsom, California, has a requirement for Emergency Spill Response andHazardous Waste Disposal Service for central and northern Californialocationswithin SNR. The Government intends to award up to three (3) IndefiniteDelivery/Indefinite Quantity, performance-based contracts, two (2) underfulland open competition and one (1) that is set-aside for small business. The NAICS for this requirement is 562112 with a size standard of $11.5 million.Itis anticipated that the period of performance will be a 12 month base yearwithtwo (2)- 12 month option years. The specifics of the requirement iscontainedin the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offers will be evaluated and anawardwill be based on the "best value" to the Government.
