Description

This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is FA4427-08-Q-0011. This is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense DCN 20080721. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 8661. The North American Industry Classification System is 813110 and the business size standard is $7 M. The Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) is 2008-0605. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is G099. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following item: CLIN 0001: Services, nonpersonal: Contractor will furnish all labor to support to support a part-time position for the Catholic Parish Coordinator. The Catholic Parish Coordinator's duties will require working closely with, but not limited to the Catholic chaplains, chapel staff, catholic religious education (R.E) coordinator, lay volunteers, parishioners, and members of the Catholic Pastoral Advisory Council (C-PAC). The Catholic Parish Coordinator will coordinate their work schedule with the Catholic Chaplain. Work will be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Performance Period is as follows: Part 1 - Basic Year - 1 Oct 08 through 30 Sep 09 Part II Option 1 - 1 Oct 09 through 30 Sep 10 Part III Option 2 - 1 Oct 10 through 30 Sep 11 Part IV Option 3 - 1 Oct 11 through 30 Sep 12 Part V Option 4 - 1 Oct 12 through 30 Sep 13 Contractor will provide a total of 20 hours in the office Monday through Friday between 0730 and 1630 and individual may be required to work up to 10 additional hours in the evenings and weekends. FOB is Travis Air Force Base. The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
