- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC SD), C4ISR ProgramsOffice - Philadelphia intends to hold an Industry Day on 18 September 2008 from 800 am to 1200 pm (est) associated with a planned SEAPORT solicitation. The purpose of the Industry Day is to help interested contractors understand requirements associated with attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a small business set aside and is in conjunction with the expired market survey titled SSCSD C4I Programs Office Philadelphia PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION CENTER SERVICES which expired 25 July 2008. Estimated date for Request for Proposal (RFP) is 1 week after Industry Day. Proposals will most likely be due 14 days after release of solicitation. Estimated award date is early December 2008. NAICS: 493110 FSC: M179 It is anticipated that proposals will be evaluated based on the following evaluation factors in addition to cost: a. Organization Experience 5 submissions b. Past Performance 5 submissions c. Key Personnel 1 Resume d. Contractors written approach limited to 10 pages Notes: This procurement is restricted from foreign-owned contractor participation. Although SSC San Diego is the issuing office for this contract action, actual work will be performed in Philadelphia.
