Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement for: Installation of one (1) 16-channel NICE Pro Digital Recorder or equal and one (1) 16-channel multiplexer to be installed at the Sarita Border Patrol Checkpoint located on U.S. Highway 77 approximately 36 miles south of Kingsville, Texas. Refer to attached Scope of Work for specific details. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured products Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission **TO HAVE A BID CONSIDERED FOR AWARD ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDEMANUFACTURER, PART # AND EXTENDED SPECIFICATIONS OF THE EXACT MODEL/SYSTEM BEINGPROPOSED FOR ALL LINE ITEMS IN THEIR PROPOSAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THISINFORMATION WILL RESULT IN A 'NON RESPONSIVE' BID AND REMOVAL FROM AWARDCONSIDERATION. FOB Destination CONUS (CONtinental U.S.) No partial shipments unless otherwise specified Vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Information can be found at www.ccr.gov EVALUATION FACTORS: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the offer to meet the Government requirement, (2) Price, (3) Delivery. All offers must be found technically capable to be considered for award. Award may be made to other than the low offer if the contractor can promise a faster delivery/completion and the price can be determined reasonable when compared to other offers received (price and delivery terms). Award will be based upon the best value to the Government in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-2(b).
