- The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to provide Aviator Breathing Oxygen. The solicitation is W90KM3-8175-3000 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by September 5, 2008, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to edwardo.gomezbravo@ng.army.mil 1. In accordance with FAR Part 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. Specifications are required, if specifications are not provided you will be deemed non-responsive. 2. Will accept new items only. Partial bids will be deemed non-responsive. 3. Evaluation factors are technical specifications, delivery date, past performance and Price. 1.0Statement of Work 1.1 The supplier shall furnish the following supplies/services if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 12 September 2008 through 11 September 2013. 1.2 Scope of work A. Provide aviator breathing oxygen, high pressure nitrogen, and low pressure nitrogen throughout the year for the Army Aviation Flight Activity at the Portland Air National Guard Base. B. Provide cylinders at rental rate. C. Provide pickup of empty cylinders and delivery of replenished cylinders as necessary. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
