- THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN ACQUISITION. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to rehabilitate the existing artesian well, which is currently leaking at the wellhead, possibly through the casing. The purpose of this work is to rehabilitate the existing well. The work shall include relining the existing 6-inch casing with 4-inch steel sleeve to a depth of about 780 feet, and to grout the space between the 6-inch casing and new 4-inch sleeve. Work shall be performed at Sand Creek on the CM Russell National Wildlife Refuge in Fergus County, MT. All work will be performed in compliance with the attached Statement of Work. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued on or about September 24, 2008. The total performance is 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is subject to full and open competition. The NAICS code 237110,, and small business size standard is $31 Million.
