- This solicitation is in response to the sources sought posted on 08 August 2008 for Hangar 435 East Door Repairs: https://www.fbo.gov/spg/USAF/AETC/AAFBCS/Sources_Sought_Hangar_Door_Repairs/listing.html (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- September 11, 2008 10:00 AM CDT Contracting Office, 2nd Floor Bldg 52 308 N. 1st Street Altus AFB, OK 73523 (c) Participants will meet at-- Altus Air Force Base South Gate no later than 9:45APM CDT on day of the site visit The South Gate is located off Hwy 62 on N2070 Rd. (approx 1 mile East of Altus) (d) Please submit a list of attendees to joshua.stone@altus.af.mil no later than September 08, 2008. The solicitation, pictures, and drawings will be posted on or about 1500 22 August 2008.
