- PRON: AX8J0088AX The Government proposes to acquire a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 100 each minimum to 500 each maximum of a Dampener, Flutter, NSN: 1650-00-157-6843, Part Number: 204-010-937-7 applicable to the BA-UH-1(HUEY). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 100 each, 2nd Year, 100 each, 3rd Year, 100 each, 4th Year, 100 each, and 5th Year, 100 each. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. 75507-5000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The required delivery applicable is 100 each 257 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to United Valve Company Div. of Federal Industries Inc., Cage Code 0TR84 and Logistical Support LLC., Cage Code(1HFE7). This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. NOTES: 1, 23, 26
