Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is looking to purchase one Tracked Skid Loader for the Lake Ashtabula Project Office, Baldhill Dam, 2630 114th Ave. S.E., Valley City N.D. 58072. The solicitation number is W912ES-08-T-0067 is issued as a request for quote. Required delivery date: 30 September, 2008. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resulting contractor will provide services in accordance with the statement of work and technical specifications in accordance with commercial standards, local, state and federal laws. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This quote must also include a TRADE IN quote for a 1996 773 Bobcat, with 2 buckets and grapple fork with 1820 hours (request pictures from the address below). Other specifications for the Tracked Skid Loader: 81HP +- engine, auxiliary hydraulics set up, gauge cluster with hours, temp, fuel, warning lights, lights for the front and rear, cab enclosure with heat & a/c, hydraulic bucket positioning, high flow hydraulics, ride control kit, 84” C/I heavy duty bucket, bolt on cutting edge, adjustable drivers seat, dome light, electric power port, top and rear windows, parking brake, seat bar, seat belt, Roll Over Protective Structure, Falling object protective structure, 18” rubber tracks, spark arrestor muffler, horn, backup alarm, engine block heater, attachment control kit, 12 month unlimited hours warranty. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Price and Delivery Date and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(a)(4)(ii); an award will be issued to the lowest priced offer which is able to meet the delivery date, while representing the best value when compared to any lower priced offer. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are those in effect at the time of publication. The offeror is cautioned that the listed provisions may include blocks that must be completed by the offeror and submitted with its quotation or offer. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns and the size standard is 750 employees. The associated NAICS code is 333120. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions of Offerors Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation. The provisions at 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and 52.219-1 Alt I, Small Business Program Representations apply to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of these provisions with its proposal. A copy of the provisions may be obtained from http://www.arnet.gov/far. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-20. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
