- The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to modify building 500 Pilot House Office located on board USCG Training Center in Petaluma, CA. A site visit is scheduled for August 21, 2008 at 9:00am. This is a secure building with limited access times and only by escort, participants in the site visit must be on time or will be unable to view the project.
