- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a commercial purchase order to Actionable Intelligence Technology, 12975 Brookprinter Place, Ste 140 Poway, CA 92064 on a sole source basis for the purchase of Entity Parsers Subscription, Annual Software Maintenance & Support Renewal Agreement, and Parser Library Subscription. Vendors who can provide software and services at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Actionable Intelligence Technology should submit clear convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Any responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 500, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: OS:A:P:I:F:A, Dennis Parker. Responses will be accepted by facsimile. Telephone responses will not be accepted. No solicitation document exists for this requirement, therefore, no request for solicitation will be accepted and request will be deemed non-responsive. The reference number for this announcement is V-8-V0-02-CI-B15-000. If no compelling responses are received, an award will be made to Actionable Intelligence Technology.
