- This is a combined pre-synopsis-/-solicitation SOLE SOURCE (FAR) 6.302-1 for commercial services/item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice,. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-08-T-0672. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation is issued on a un-restricted basis, under Standard Industrial Code 5048, Naics Code 339115) No Other written form or solicitation will be issued.FISC San Diego has a requirement for the following SERVICE:Service and Maintenance on Government owned AMO refractive surgery equipment for a Base year and 2 Option Years. Located at: Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Ca.
