- The purpose of this modification is to add information regarding a planned pre-proposal conference/site visit. This presolicitation notice is added to read the following: An optional site visit for this project is scheduled for 04 September 2008 @ 09:30am EST. Potential offerors may enter the installation at the All-American Highway entrance for Fort Bragg and proceed to the Pope AFB Visitor Center on Reilly Rd to get a pass to enter the Pope AFB gate. Offerors are cautioned to arrive early enough to complete security requirements. The conference will be held at the 43d Contracting Squadron Conference Room at 1443 Reilly Street, Suite C, Bldg 560, Pope AFB NC. The site visit will begin immediately after the conference at Building 307.
