- (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation FA4877-08-Q-0556 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. (IV) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (V) Description: CLIN 0001: One (1) each 20-yard Open Top Bathtub Style Sludge Container. 3/16" Walls, BH & Floor, 10 GA, Rear Door, 4x4 Structural Tubing Top Rail, 6x2x1/4 Mail Railside Hinged Rear Door, 1x2 Gasket, Knife Edge Seal, Aluminum Manifest Box, Intererior Liner Hooks, Paint Color: Desert Tan. CLIN 0002: One (1) each Sider Hinged Rear Door. CLIN 0003: One (1) each Over-Under Lid Assembly, 7'x 9'7" Lids. (VII) Place of delivery: AMARG, Central Receiving, 4860 S. Superior Ave, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. Destination. Include shipping costs into above line item prices. (VIII) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (IX) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies.
