- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 17,911 rentable square feet in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas within the following delineated area starting at: bounded on the North by mid-point of Rankin Road, on the East by eastern boundary of US Hwy 59 on the South by southern boundary of Aldine Bender and the West by western boundary of I - 45 (see attached delineated area map). The space must yield a minimum of 15,575 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet with ample parking spaces both covered and surface. Parking requirements are as follows: 72 spaces. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years with five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 30, 2009. The estimated commencement date is March 1, 2009. All space offered must be contiguous on one floor. Use of space shall be of office use and other areas. Space must be located in a Class A or B-rated building in a business setting with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire and life safety and handicapped accessibility.
