- Subject: Letter of Interest Los Alamos National Security, LLC (LANS) is seeking sources for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for desktop printers. Any resulting RFP will be launched through the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) online bidding system. Requirement: Desktop Printers and Accessories The RFP will include only the desktop printers that are authorized by the LANS Standards Committee. Alternate products/models will not be considered. The Statement of Work (SOW) will require the successful supplier to host an on-line catalog that must interface with the LANS on-line Oracle ordering system. This procurement will be a small business set aside with a pricing preference for Northern New Mexico small businesses. This procurement will require the awardee to develop and implement a Subcontractor's Regional and Community Development Plan. Sign on requirements for the NNSA bidding system will be provided when the RFP is released. If you wish to be placed on the bidders list for the upcoming RFP, you must submit an e-mail to carrigan_james@lanl.gov stating your request to participate in the solicitation.
