- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Anticipated Issue Date 27 AUG 2008 - Anticipated Closing Date 29 SEP 2008 The Government anticipates a modification to contract N00164-05-C-0026 to add a line item for a quantity of 58,000 EA 30MM x 173, Linked, High Explosive Incendiary-Tracer (HEI-T), MK 266 Mod 1 cartridges to Alliant Techsystems (ATK). ATK is the only qualified source capable of providing the MK 266 Mod 1. This modification is being issued using the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements.
