- NSN 3120-00-355-1640, Bushing, Sleeve. "Configuration Control Data." Pratt & Whitney, CAGE 77445, Drawing 4038697 REV "B". Approved source: The Slabe Machine Products Co., CAGE 97139. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 113 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as a 100% small business set-aside an Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 2,244 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 561 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as decribed in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is September 10, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
