Description
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question: In the Statement of Work paragraph 2.4.3. it states, "Capable of adding 16 cameras." Does this mean 16 cameras in addition to the 11 cameras listed in paragraph 1. of the Statement of Work? Answer: No, it means the DRV or server must be capable of handling 16 total cameras (the 11 listed in paragraph 1, plus five empty access points for possible future expansion). Question: Can I get an exact prospectus of what this system is required to do? This includes number of cameras, number of users, number of buildings to be monitored, etc. Answer: Paragraph 1.1. of the Statement of Work states, "Provide initial engineering and system requirements." Vendor is expected to be the subject matter expert and provide "exact" requirements. There are 11 cameras. The system will be operated by one office with multiple users. One building will be monitored. Question: Does video need to be stored? How many days (weeks, months) of storage? Answer: Yes, storage for 30 days as stated in the Statement of Work. Question: Does video need to have a chain of evidence attached so it can be admitted as evidence in a court of law? Answer: No. Question: Is this video surveillance part of an access control system?
