- The General Services Administration's Travel, Motor Vehicle, and Card Services (TMVCS) portfolio has a requirement to procure training from “The FAR Bootcamp.” The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. GSA intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with The FAR Bootcamp, P.O. Box 5066, Portland, OR 97208-5066. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notice to the Contract Specialist within 5 days from the date of publication of this synopsis. This information must be received by August 27, 2008.
