- Thinning, Release, Site Preparation and Planting Requirements type contract on the Ozark-St. Francis National Forests in Arkansas. This is a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside. The Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Contract period of performance will begin November 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 with two one-year option periods. The solicitation will be available at this website for download on or about September 5, 2008. There will be a pre-proposal conference held at the Forest Service in Russellville, AR on September 24 at 10:00 A.M. Technical point of contact is Jack Davis, jpdavis@fs.fed.us. Details regarding the conference will be contained in the solicitation. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the conference.
