Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement to Advantor Systems Corporation. The Government intends to issue a sole source delivery order for upgrade of an existing security alarm system in accordance with FAR Part 13.601(a)2(b)1 and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This requirement is considered sole source due the proprietary constraints associated with this existing system upgrade. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The 28 CCS, Ellsworth AFB intends to award a delivery order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 28 CCS/PKA, 1000 Ellsworth Street, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706-4904, or sent by e-mail to todd.pond@ellsworth.af.mil. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Daylight Savings Time, 25 August 2008.
