- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for maintenance and repair of all components pertaining to the Government-owned Card Access/Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) Systems for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform maintenance and repair of all components pertaining to the Government-owned Card Access/Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) Systems to insure that the systems are fully operational and functional as to System Configuration Management Procedures and Operational and Installation Manuals, IAW DOD 5200.1-R and AR 190-11. The contractor shall be licensed by North Carolina or their State of Business Operation for this type of work and shall have a sufficient number of qualified and experienced personnel to perform the requirements of this contract. Proof of license is required at time of award for contractor. The requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5M. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A 12-month period of performance is anticipated with four 1 year option periods. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-08-T-0234. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is 29 August 2008.
